First of all congratulations on qualifying to the world cup, now let's get this interview started

Please answer the Following Which questions may concern Egyptian fans and all who interesting in Footstar.

 

Q1: How long have you been managing Italy NT?

- Since the beggining of this cycle.

Q2: Did you have any doubts about qualifying to the WC when you started your campaign?

- No doubts, but I knew the qualies could be tricky. We had really good NTs in our way. Malta and Macedonia did pretty well and Slovakia and Ireland also gave us some troubles, but we managed to qualify and use young players in most of the matches.

Q3: How would you rate your chances in winning the WC?

- Everyone that arrives in a WC have chances. Italy does not have the best squad, does not have the best manager either. xD But we can go so far as any other NT.

Q4: Which team would you nominate to win the WC?

- After last WC, I think Brazil will be the one to win, this time. Same coach, even more experienced, and a fantastic generation, the basys of Mamonas, the team at the #1 portuguese league.

Q5: Which teams should we follow in this WC in your opinion?

- I'll follow Italy, of course, Brazil, Lithuania and Tunisia. I think everyone have personal bonds with countries or friends. As general, I'm interested in see what Cyprus will show to us.

Q6: What is the best moment in your history as a manager?

- I already won the brazillian league, cup, the american ITC (cup winners), the northern irish league and cup, but the best moment for me as USER, is what is happening now at Northern Ireland. All coaches and teams together, focusing in put our league between the best leagues in the FS. And it is happening.
