First of all congratulations on qualifying to the world cup, now let's get this interview started

Please answer the Following Which questions may concern Egyptian fans and all who interesting in Footstar.

 

Q1: How long have you been managing France NT?

Since the start of qualifications, 3 seasons. I will stop after the WC.

Q2: Did you have any doubts about qualifying to the WC when you started your campaign?

No, France had a strong ranking position, so there was always the possibility to qualify as third of the group.Finally, we finished first rather quickly. So, I give to young players the opportunity to take XP on the end of qualifying (before the XP reform^^)

Q3: How would you rate your chances in winning the WC?

It has been 3 seasons that France has failed to pass the group stage. This is the first objective, beat the curse (and the ME^^), then everything is possible !

Q4: Which team would you nominate to win the WC?

I wouldn't like to nominate anyone. We can just see from the qualification results which teams are stronger..

Q5: Which teams should we follow in this WC in your opinion?

Canada NT of my friend Matuidi. He makes very good things with a small pool. And of course Egypt, my previous NT ;)

Q6: What is the best moment in your history as a manager?

I take a lot of fun with my team Euskal Herria.
As NT manager, I win WC U21 and U18 with France. I'm missing the main NT trophie
